Steelers Sign Rookie RB Max Borghi; Waive/Injured Master Tea…

The Pittsburgh Steelers switched a pair of undrafted rookie running backs on and off their roster, signing former Washington State University star Max Borghi and waiving/injured former Ohio State star Master Teague III.

Teague signed with the Steelers 15 days prior and was getting a heavy work in training camp practices at Saint Vincent due to the fact that of injuries to several Steelers running backs. He suffered a current left ankle injury and was in a walking boot for Wednesday’s practice.

A three-time all-conference honoree, Borghi had 41 touchdowns in 39 college games, consisting of 12 in 12 games last season with Washington State Cougars. Throughout his profession, Borghi had 2,159 rushing backyards and 156 catches for 1,134 getting yards for 3,293 career lawns from skirmish.
